The second DLC expands the same way but also with selected additions from the community, mod support including a Steam Workshop and many, many bug fixes. The first DLC expands on generally everything, but more on the core aspect of item interactions. The DLCs of the game adds even more content on top of that such as new characters, items, enemies, bosses, challenges, secrets and game modes to keep the game fresh and interesting for many more hours.
